So What?
Now that it is abundantly clear that McCain is the nominee, the leftarded media kingpin aligned with the terror force, The New York Slime Times, has cocked its feeble guns. They got the Republican they endorsed, now it's time to take him out.
Front page story tomorrow - McCain may have shtupped a DC insider. Yup, a little Mcnooky with a lobbyist back in 1999!
So what? Are we supposed to get our bowels in an uproar over a suggested rumor with a colleague? The leftards can't have it both ways. We had to live through an eight year Clinton presidency with a horndog that fucked anything that moved -- that is if he deigned to insert the one eyed snake. Rape, harassment, threats, hide-n-seek cigars, all in a day's work................ yech. And yet the Democrats consistently maintained that it was personal and irrelevant, a veritable vast right wing conspiracy :)
The Atlantic has advance copy of the Times article here. This largely unsourced story is front page news over at The NY Crimes? They never ran oil for food - the biggest scandal in human history- on the front page, but this is front page. The Times has sunk to new lows;
Mr. McCain, 71, and the lobbyist, Vicki Iseman, 40, both say they never had a romantic relationship. But to his advisers, even the appearance of a close bond with a lobbyist whose clients often had business before the Senate committee Mr. McCain led threatened the story of redemption and rectitude that defined his political identity.
That February, Mr. McCain and Ms. Iseman attended a small fund-raising dinner with several clients at the Miami-area home of a cruise-line executive and then flew back to Washington along with a campaign aide on the corporate jet of one of her clients, Paxson Communications. By then, according to two former McCain associates, some of the senator’s advisers had grown so concerned that the relationship had become romantic that they took steps to intervene.
A former campaign adviser described being instructed to keep Ms. Iseman away from the senator at public events, while a Senate aide recalled plans to limit Ms. Iseman’s access to his offices.
We are supposed to get worked up over innuendo. I think not. This is a scandal.
UPDATE: The Times is totally discredited. Soon they'll be picking up UFO and alien stories from the Globe - arguing for voting rights for the aliens of course:)

Not to mention playing doctor with a cigar. Yeesh.

What did Ayn Rand say about the rise of the double standard? Her character (Francisco D'Anconia) was talking about money and the legal protection of property, but the logic applies just as well to "journalism" and the dissemination of propaganda disguised as news.
I'll be addressing this at Eternity Road, I think.

Aha! Accusations by anonymous sources that something might have happened some years back! And the New York Times is on top of it! Walter Durranty would be proud!

The hypocrazy of the leftards knows no end - they scream that Clinton got impeached - "over a fucking blowjob!"
And remember - Clinton was in Office, in the Oval Office, at the time - it wasn't fuckin' 10 year old news.
It's unimaginable that they "save" this shit for years... then pull it out - to smear someone, to win elections..
They have no sense of decency - they can only compete with constant allegations and bullshit.
When will our country wake up and send the libs a message to "stop the bullshit?"

The appropriate Democratic Party endorsed response to this kind of shit is to say "So what? It's only about sex." I remember that one worked for Clinton.

He's 71 and screwing around??? Who does he think he is, Bill Clinton? If he can still navigate the old ship at 71, then that's the kind of stud muffin we need in the White House.

Jeez, he already ditched the older, ailing wife #1 for the much younger, richer, prettier Cindy-Trophy...Why shd this be a shock?
Can't wait to see what their curvaceous twenty-something daughter says about this at her campaign blog...
One mystery: all the journalistic bumkissers have blathered for 8 years about the legendary "Straight Talk Express 2000" campaign...Sounded like you cdn't swing a dead cat or a pair of panties in that campaign without hitting 3 journalists...So no-one saw anything all that time?
