A lot of Atlas readers want me to warm up to McCain and I am telling you it's not going to happen. The guy is bad news. Although past performance does not guarantee future results, it shows you can predict what people will do based on their ideology and character.
This is why Coulter would rather have Hillary. You can guess what she'll do based on ideology(left) and character (true to her leftist ideals but sensitive to political suicide). Dr Nancy in our correspondence writes;
McCain is a total wild card and backstabber. Both are scary. If Romney were to somehow get the nomination, MacCain would run as a third party candidate and still mess with our vote. I would like Romney to run independently if McCain gets it, but then again our vote will be split. Ironically, only in these two scenarios will Clinton, Inc not bury McCain because they'd need us snowed until the election.
Read this. It's the money.
I have been reflecting on how similar McCain and Kerry are as people. They viewed their military service as instrumental to a political career early on...both with presidential ideation, they both sought---no, they hunted---rich women with political connections to advance their political careers moving from one broad to another, they both were sympathetic to our adversaries to the point they worked together on Senate hearings regarding normalization of relations with Vietnam, they both have pro-Israel records AIPAC heartily recommends yet both would sell Israel down the river as president if it was politically expedient, they don't really fervently prescribe to their respective ideologies, Kerry used to give speeches on the Iraqi threat in the late 90's that were as passionate as Bush's and he had a clear readiness to go to war at that time. We change from Clinton to Bush and he's diametrically opposed to all that suddenly. Where's the convictions? McCain had no enthusiasm for this war initially and now he's the hero of the surge. Kerry has been described as an elitest snob, but McCain seems to consistently be the bigger brat. We always hear they're friends and this is because they're senators together and McCain is popular and chivalrous, but wasn't really considering running on a Kerry ticket or becoming a democrat. Yes, a few short years ago they seemed way different, but now it's clear they're well suited to each other and McCain really did flirt with running w/Kerry, wow.
Hillary cried again today. Her election is so up to Bill (to close the deal) that it's his to lose.
