Lionheart to be Arrested for Blogging

Atlas readers are familiar with the a brave heart, Lionheart. He has been a warrior on the war on the jihad in the UK and exposed the drug running that funded Islamic jihad in Britain and posted on the tsunami of sharia enveloping his beloved country. The Brits have submitted to Islam and they mean to shut down anyone who speaks for freedom, justice and liberty. Silencing the daring truth tellers.

This arrest and potential imprisonment is what now awaits me at the start of 2008, and this is what now awaits every other blogger in Great Britain who writes the truth about the modern war that is now unfolding against us, our children and the British homeland by the State (Labour government) sanctioned and protected enemy that is living in our midst - The Islamic Kingdom More here.

They mean to arrest this man. Check my radio interview with him here last year. This is a nightmare.

Here's an excerpt from his desperate post. "Hate speech" legislation is the club the political elites will wield to club us into submission.

I am currently out of the Country and on my return home to England I am going to be arrested by British detectives on suspicion of Stirring up Racial Hatred by displaying written material" contrary to sections 18(1) and 27(3) of the Public Order Act 1986.

This charge if found guilty carries a lengthy prison sentence, more than what most paedophiles and rapists receive, and all for writing words of truth about the barbarity that is living in the midst of our children, which threatens the very future of our Country.

The cultural weapon in the hands of the modern Jihad within Great Britain, silencing the opposition using our own laws against us - The Dumb Filthy Kaffir's as the Moslem would say to his children behind closed doors.

What has become of my homeland, the land my forefathers fought and died for on the battlefields of the world when one of their children is forced into the position of facing years in prison for standing up for what is right and just within British society.

At least my words of truth have obviously now reached people's eyes and ears, with the powers that be now intent on silencing me - Third World Tyranny in a supposed 21st Century democracy!

I wonder if the Moslem peer Lord Ahmed was one of the people behind trying to silence me, I did wonder about why he crashed his car and nearly killed himself over Christmas, let that be a lesson to you - 1 Chronicles 16:22 Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm.”

How dare any Moslem try and silence the truth from being told by an Englishman about the Islamic enemy in our midst within the British homeland.

Who have I killed, who have I threatened to kill? No one, all I have done is written about my reality on a computer screen, and now I face going to prison in my own country for standing up for myself and others.

What has happened to those who threatened my life or who have killed my friends - NOTHING - This is British justice in the 21st Century - Shove your British Labour justice because it is worthless to the Englishman whose country this is, whose country you have destroyed.

Who blew up trains and buses on 7/7, who tried blowing up cars in London and Glasgow, who is seeking to detonate a dirty bomb upon the streets of Great Britain and who believes that non-Islamic territory is to be viewed as 'the house of war and must be converted at all costs', I dont think you will find it is me, but I have no problem with educating others to the threat, the threat that this 'Loony Labour Government' is pretending is not real - The former Home Secretary knew what he was talking about.

How dare those power hungry fools seek to silence me or anyone else like me from speaking the truth for the sake of our children, grandchildren and the future of our homeland, who do they think they are, they are nothing more than mere men like the rest of us, just in positions of power over us that they totally abuse against us, look at the treason that has happened within Brussels by Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, handing over the Sovereignty of our Nation into foreign hands - Treason is the only word for it yet no one is arresting them, no they are arresting me for writing a few words of truth on a blog.

Brave people like Lionheart living in repressive countries will find a welcome in the U. S. A. for their work. Ok, so I depart from blogging for awhile, and now THIS. There's NEVER any good news these days. bin laden's head still hasn't showed up on the steps of the Capitol bldg in my dream yet, either.

I wish Lionheart all the best. He stands as a testament for freedom of speech, a pillar of hope for Britain, yet his government betrays him.

I remember one time contacting the lady who wrote Londonistan on Lionheart's blog. She didn't respond; I would've hoped so. She might be able to help him somehow.

May I just interject a touch of caution. I find it difficult to have whole-hearted support for Lionheart, because of his own support for the BNP.

Lionheart has voted for the BNP, and campaigned for them on his website (although he's since deleted the posts). He feels that the BNP are the only political group that are addressing his concerns. However, the truth (known to everyone in England) is that the BNP, and its direct predecessor parties, have always been white nationalist/supremacist parties, and still are.

Nick Griffin, the BNP's current leader, has tried to tone down the image of the party (take off the boots and get into suits), trying to present the BNP party as the party for the normal 'white' person and family. It's character HASN'T changed.

The BNP participates in full-blown anti-semitism, including the usual protocols-of-zion forgery poison. Nick Griffin has appeared at neo-Nazi conferences attended by Stormfront members en masse, speaking alongside David Duke. He's denied the Holocaust in print, calling it a 'Holohoax' (he was convicted in court for this). He's published other material for his party, vilifying the Jewish people as the world's enemy etc.

Yes, they are now particularly focused on fighting Muslims, but the Jewish people are still at the top of their enemies list. Please read accounts of the conferences mentioned above. I know that turning to one fascist for help in fighting another fascist has a historical precedent (the West's alliance with Stalin against Hitler), but I don't think it's the solution every time.

There's been quite widespread discussion in the UK media about how the politically correct climate and the genuine fear of extremist Muslim retaliation has stifled debate about mass immigration, the internal Islamist threat etc. It has to be said that there's also an element of conscious restraint as well on the part of the 'indigenous' British people for any move towards intolerance, because it wasn't so long ago that England was a fairly openly racist country (like many places in the world), and feelings have genuinely changed since then.

Hopefully this rise of support for the BNP will alert the mainstream parties that these are real issues that they can and should address.

Just saying, I find this confluence very uncomfortable.

It may look like Lionheart is a genuine case of censorship, but it's not so simple IMO.

Lionheart was arrested under suspicion of breaking the Race and Religion Act of 2006, which is a follow-up to the Public Order Act of 1986 outlawing incitements to racial hatred.

From the UK Home Office website: "This law, which came into effect in 2007, makes it a criminal offence to use threatening words or behaviour with the intention of stirring up hatred against any group of people because of their religious beliefs or their lack of religious beliefs."

There is debate as to whether this new law is too restrictive on one's freedom, but nevertheless, these are the laws that were successfully used to prosecute the jihadi cleric Abu Hamza, neo-nazis like Nick Griffin (and now, Lionheart). If somehow it had existed and could have been enforced in 1930's Germany, the law would have helped to stop the evil propaganda of the Nazi party, and similarly for the formation of the warped reality in effect in Gaza today (and to a slightly lesser extent in the Islamic middle-eastern countries in general).

So it's a good law to have. Has it been applied unfairly to Lionheart?

His information about Pakistani Muslim gangs in Luton may be accurate but is not the issue. From my admittedly incomplete reading of his blog, I'd venture to say that his prose might be said to fail to distinguish sufficiently between extremist Muslims, particularly of the kind that he's often describing (hard-drug dealing gangsters), and the Muslim population in general - he may, in one paragraph, write of roaming Pakistani Muslim gangs, and in the next refer to unsignified 'Muslims', eliding any statement of differentiation between the two groups, while continuing in the same cognitive context. It's dishonest in this respect, a fabricated joining of the two groups that may result, in the mind of an unwary or uninformed reader, in the emotional yoking of his or her legitimate hatred of criminal gangs onto the Muslim population as a whole. This effect would be very desirable to someone whose intention it was to incite religious hatred.

And on at least one point on his blog he seemed to be calling the people (tacitly, fellow white nationalists) to a war footing, awaiting the order of the Queen to take the field against the native Muslim population. Now whilst there's speculation, there is zero evidence (that I'm aware of) that the entire Muslim population of the UK is sympathetic to a rebirthing of the caliphate or an establishment of the Sharia law in England. It seems, according to poll data, that extreme islam is maybe at 2-5% (?), and anti-West sentiment is roughly in line with the general population, at 10-20% (with one or two polls showing higher figures). Unlike Lionheart, let's not forget that most immigrants came to England for a better life, and most immigrants are busy working and getting on with building that life through lawful work.

Perhaps not relevant to the police's case , but certainly colouring my judgement, there's also Lionheart's past as a drug-dealer and police informant, his BNP connection, and the BNP's officially stated desire for an England populated only by the white northern European races.

I think the police were right in putting it to the court and letting a jury decide.

Hi Pam,

It's pretty clear that when you interviewed Lionheart, he must have omitted to tell you of his support for the BNP, otherwise you wouldn't have helped him. He hadn't started his blog at time, so you couldn't have found out his deception by a simple web search. You were also hampered by a lack of familiarity with the relevant recent English political history - I know the BNP aren't well-known outside of England. It's very significant that the only English blogs that have taken up Lionheart's cause are the white nationalist crowd. As I said, the BNP are known in England, and no-one sane here will give them the time of day.

More generally, I really don't think this a problem of lack of free speech. The problem is that the law isn't being sufficiently and consistently applied. Quoting Boris Johnston, at the time an MP and journalist, and now the new Mayor of London :

“The proposed ban on incitement to ‘religious hatred’ makes no sense unless it involves a ban on the Koran itself…. Militant Islam has been shielded from proper discussion by cowardice, political correctness and a racist assumption that we should privilege the beliefs of a minority, even when they appear to be mediaeval.”

Boris is not alone in voicing his opinion in mainstream papers, and he wasn't censored or censured for speaking his mind. (I agree with Boris, by the way).

However, most immigrants, including Muslims, came to England, or the USA, for a better life which they are working towards in an assimilated and lawful way, and that's exactly what they want.
The official data and, for what it's worth, my personal experience in England supports this - the 'fifth column' (and of course it does exists ), in contra-opposition to the majority, is a small portion of this population.

Lionheart, and the BNP, don't care about this distinction.

Of course, things would be a lot simpler if we could just identify the enemy that's attacking the West, as the Muslim world. But even if one does that, isn't it important that we recognise that many came to the West to escape that world ?

The demonisation of an entire race or practicioners of a religion has a long and evil history, so surely some kind of alarm bell must go off if we suddenly realise that that's what we're doing.

I prefer Boris' solution - ban the Koran as a hateful and inciteful book, and deal with the fall-out as a matter of law and order.
