Sen. Barack Obama said Friday that as president he would personally negotiate with Iran, offering economic incentives and a chance for peaceful relations if Iranian leaders would forgo pursuit of nuclear weapons and support of terrorists.

I may be mistaken, but isn't Obama blaming the lack of a "peace process" between Israel and the Palestinians for terrorism-ognoring the fact that there has veeb a peace process for many years-resulting in the empowerment of terrorism, that Bush was the first President to support the establishment of a Palestinian state, tha Israel left Gaza and has given the Palestinians swaths of land in the West Bank, and that terrorism exists across the world that has absolutely nothign to do with israel: Muslim violence in India against Sikhs, Hindus; Muslim violence in the Balkans and Russia, Muslim violence in Europe, Muslim violence against Christians in Afrcia, Muslim on muslim violence in North Africa and throughout the Middle East (including Lebanon).
