Thanks for posting these Atlas. On the one hand, it shows that these community interactions and the security we foster, whether in Babil or in Anbar, makes a difference on terrorism and sectarian violence. My buddies IN Anbar living and working with the Sunnis take exception to Schumer (who doesn't live and work in Anbar) and his unsubstantiated statements. He knows little to nothing about civil affairs and provincial reconstruction teams.

On the other hand, it shows the trolls that often come in here (or came in here) like victoriousdem that I'm not, as he says, a "Major Dud. While the rest of the soldiers are pulling their 3rd tour in Iraq, Major Dud fights the war on the 'net. He's the CO of the 101st Fighting Keyboardists. Virtual war is hell." (19 Nov 06) And where are you not-so-victoriousdem? Where are you righteousbubba? War and virtual war are hell. You've lost both. Keep hiding behind those keyboards while we defend you.
