Columbia Succumbs to Pressure:
No Ballsinger Rescinds
UPDATED: Rescinds the rescind
I have just learned, and am pleased to inform you, that Columbia University has decided to cancel Iranian President Ahmadinejad’s Monday speaking engagement on campus.
Good on everyone of you that did not take this bullshit sitting down.
Can you imagine Columbia hosting a virulent anti-Gay speaker? Pro life? NEVUH! But a holocaust denier and a world leader vowing to "wipe Israel off the mao," Columbia is down with that.
UPDATE: Conference of Presidents advises;
We have just received further clarification that the news reports about the cancellation of Ahmadinejad’s appearance at Columbia University were incorrect, and for now the university intends to go ahead with his appearance. A variety of on-campus events are being planned by campus groups that feel strongly that Ahmadinejad’s appearance should be restricted to members of the campus community. Police will not allow those without Columbia ID into the area.

ANYONE GIVING MONEY TO COLUMBIA: STOP. Certainly, any Jew that donates to Columbia is nothing short of a kapo.
UPDATE: Remember, there will be organized protests outside of the UN (2nd Ave and 47th St., at 12 noon), as well as a massive protest at Columbia (116th and Broadway, 1-3 pm). Remember last year's rally?
UPDATE: Ahmadinejad launches 'Second Islamic Cultural Revolution' at Iran's 170 universities

Columbia is a commislamist nest of whores and beasts

Ahmadinejad can come to Skagit Valley College.
I'll debate him. Or duel him with pistols, swords or fists or on the computer. His choice.
When you don't confront the ideology of evil head-on, it just grows. That's what Tony Blair tried to tell us again and again.

FYI: Ahmadinejad is going to Ground Zero "perhaps to air" "views about the root causes of such incidents" (SOURCE).

Muslims Against Sharia condemn, in the strongest possible terms, the decision of Columbia University to provide a speaking venue for Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Apparently letting Akbar Rafsanjani speak at the National Cathedral was not the height of American Dhimmitude, because providing a venue for the world's foremost anti-Semite, whose proclaimed goal is the destruction of the USA and Israel, definitely takes the cake. What is surprising is that we don't hear any complaints from Columbia alumni who should be ashamed of their silence.
