FREE THE SOLDIERS RALLY NYC
Let My People Go
Elie Wiesel's moving remarks. To his left is Karnit, the wife of Ehud Goldwasser, kidnapped from Israel over a year ago.
It is depressing that I am here again, one year later, for what is now an annual event. It is unfathomable to me that Bush who, just this morning, was promising another $190 million to the âmoderateâ terrorists of Fatah. And Ol Merde is releasing hundreds of terrorists while these fine young men kidnapped from their own country, languish in where and what, G-d only knows. What kind of hellish conditions? Knowing what we do about Islamic savages, it's gotta be torture.
Israel to Release 250 Palestinian Prisoners
Just outside of the UN building, calling out to them to help free the kidnapped, no one from the UN deigned to appear.
5,000 to 10,000 strong
This is Ehud Goldwasser's mother, Miki. Heartbreaking.
Every speaker implored the UN to take action and as promised in resolution 1701. But the folks at the UN were busy embezzling, lying cheating and kissing Soros' ass.
Sheldon Silver (the worst) and Anthony Weiner - strong on this issue, wrong on everything else.
Elie Wiesel
Below I ask Karnit Goldwasser (wife of Ehud) how she reconciles Olmert's release of hundreds of terrorists without mention of her husband.
My own observations. Overwhelmed by the opouring of support. 90% of the crowd were all young people. Singing, shouting, "free the soldiers now." Wonderful representation from the Latino, Asian and Turish communities. Call on Secretary General Ban at the UN and the UNSC is like talking to the dead. It's pointless. I had excellent access, thanks in large part to Eli Hertz who grabbed me and pulled me up closd to the stage. A mensch! Here is Eli with Mike Goldwasser
Tome Keane of New Jersey
Listen to Karnit's remarks
Incredible strength of this woman. She works nonstop to free the kidnapped victims - country to country, continent to continent, world leader to world leader, anyone who will listen to her plea.
UPDATE: And check out Urban Infiidel's coverage. Excellent as always.
UPDATE: YidwithLid asks, "why was the the rally so PC?" Indeed.

Thank you for the coverage Pamela, it's important.

I concur Miluimnik. You are a ray of hope for Western Civilization.
And if there's anything we can do to bring those three warriors home - preferably alive & in one piece - happy to do.

miluimnik:
you are, sir, absolutely correct. how big a "spread" will the n.y. times give the demonstration? my guess is, not much. doesn't fit the "agenda" of the day.

Why not give war a chance?

Had enough of Bush yet, Pamela? I told you Bush was clueless about Islam, he is so obsessed with his 'light unto the Muslim nation' project and foolishly believes 'Muslims want the same thing as the West.' Oh Lordy, what a loser. There he is giving millions to the terrorists, babbling on. Never demanding from the Pals, agreeing to send money to Gaza. What a p.o.s. he turned out to be.

Thanks Atlas!
P.S Why is Bush legitimizing Hamas today, what's next declassification, no doubt?

These people, with all due credit, are missing the point. They are relating to the Israeli government as a government of sensible, if not sensitive, people. But Israel is a totalitarian government worse that what made up the Soviet Gulag and its KGB. The government and all Knesset members are corrupt to the core.
These rulers don't care about the mass rallies. They are keenly involved in selling out the country, dismantling it slowly but surely. They are freeing the enemy prisoners with blood on their hands, they care nothing about the Jewish soldiers, give the enemy land, money arms and visas to terrorists - it's worse than a nightmare for any caring Jew. But to stop these evildoers - only uprising or rebellion to unseat these criminals is the answer. Trying to appeal to their rationality merely defeats the purpose because they know very well their scheme is not popular - but they don't care. Period.

If an alternative resolution, a resolution based on JUSTICE for all, were available to humankind, wouldn't it be in OUR INTERESTS to implement it? to at least INVESTIGATE IT?
Or would we ignore Baha'u'llah as hard and as long as possible?

The USA should stop all payments and aid to Palestine immediately and demand the release of these hostages! Why in the HELL are we giving the damn Palestinians money anyway??? they danced in the streets and handed out candy to their kids when the twin towers and the Pentagon were attacked. F-ck 'em! Let their "Moslem brothers" help them. Let 'em eat sand!

Thank you so much for this. My son was there today with Kutz camp. I usually don't support most of the liberal NFTY causes, so I was surprised they took thm to this. Surprised, yes and happy. My daughter just returned from the wonderful land of Eretz Yisroel, having spent a month with Chabad there.
It made me sick when I saw Bush talking about giving the terrorists my tax dollars.

Thank you, Atlas for your incredible coverage. How great is it to be able to sit back and watch and listen to very important things that I had missed because I had so little time today. So much feeling. I am still going through your videos now.
