Al Qaeda in Iraq

Al Qaeda out of Iran huh? So has Iraq, in some twisted way, rendered us incapable of defending America. If this was post 9/11 and we knew that al qaeda was operating out of Iran we would have bitch slappd those moolahs so fast their mosques would spin. Think about it. Iraq has rendered us retarded. How could we have fallen so far from our ideals, our principles, our honor, and our right to defend our great nation.

We have known for some time now that Iran is killing our boys and girls in Iraq, We have known for some time now that Iran is behind Hezb"allah, Hamas, Syria and assorted Islamic Jihad. We have known since 1979 that Iran has declared a death to America but it's a death that has some teeth as the balaonce of power has shifted in the region and they have mastered nuclear enrichment.

It's not one act. It is a multitude of hostile actions.

AL QAEDA LINKED TO OPERATIONS TO IRAQ Financial Times

Evidence that Iranian territory is being used as a base by al-Qaeda to help in terrorist operations in Iraq and elsewhere is growing, say western officials.

It is not clear how much the al-Qaeda operation, described by one official as a money and communications hub, is being tolerated or encouraged by the Iranian government, they said.

The group’s operatives, who link the al-Qaeda leadership in Pakistan with their disciples in Iraq, the Levant and North Africa, move with relative freedom in the country, they said.

The officials said the creation of some kind of al-Qaeda hub in Iran appears to be separate from the group of seven senior al-Qaeda figures, including Saad bin Laden, son of the group’s figurehead, that Iran is said to have detained since 2002.

First off, you ALL know I'm 110% behind bringing the war directly to the mullahs.

I'm a firm believer that they are in fact the hub/nexus of jihad on this planet.

AQ plays at it but Iran actually has the resources and mindset to create and sustain her proxy 'jihadist' everywhere.

That being said, I want verifiable proof.. A smoking gun. Something that ANYBODY, even tbe most diehard, hairbrained, leftist wacko can see, proving that Iran is in fact harbouring, aiding and directing AQ against us and/or even fighting and killing our people themselves.

Until such time, the world will NEVER unite behind us and we WILL be seen as the bad guys.

I certainly need no convincing. I've tracked Iran since the revolution. Anyone who's even half awake can see Irans hand behind so many things on a global scale.

But we need the PROOF damnit, so that the rest of the world can wake up and smell the coffee so to speak..

Getting that proof should be this nations top priority....

The left will certainly never abandon their dogma.Look at socialism, communism and marxism - despite the humdreds of millions of dead they still propagate that poison.

We are fighting the same people in Iraq that destroyed lower Manhattan in 2001. Saddam Hussein is dead. The old arguments are irrelevant. Al Qaeda must be fought wherever it is found. I am glad we are fighting Al Qaeda in Iraq instead of in the caves and mountains in Afghanistan. Yet the Democrats try to distract us from the war and pursue a strategy that will guarantee defeat, not only in Iraq, but everywhere in the world and at home.
