KUCINICH AND PAUL DECLARE THEMSELVES ENEMY COMBATANTS
If anyone out there sees any reason that these useful idiots should not be charged with treason......
The US House of Representatives urged the UN Security Council Wednesday to charge Iran's president under genocide conventions.
The non-binding resolution, initiated by Reps. Mark Kirk (R-Illinois) and Steve Rothman (D-New Jersey), passed by 411-2. It cites an October 27 speech in which Mahmoud Ahmadinejad allegedly called for Israel to be "wiped off the map."
Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) attempted to have read into the record alternate translations of Ahmadinejad's remarks that suggest the Iranian leader was calling Israel to come to an end through democratic means, and not through violence.
Kucinich and Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas), a long-shot contender for the Republican presidential nomination, were the only votes against.

Sincerely;
EJO

So Boy Blunder Kucinich it would be alright if Israel 's destruction came about about through "democratic means" - thanks for clearing that up for me.

Strike Two on ron paul. He should just change his affiliation to 'D' and be 'D'one with it.

Gary-- I don't think the Democrats would go for Ron Paul, because he's for smaller government, lower taxes, not for socialized healthcare and pulling out of the UN. Those are pretty Republican points of view, and he is one of the most conservative members of Congress. You may want to research his ideas more before making pronouncements. If you do know his ideas, I suggest you change your party affiliation to "D" or some other letter because you obviously don't know what the Republican Party stands for or the difference between the two parties.
Kucinich and Paul were the only ones with the correct vote.
1.) The Iranian President never said that-- he's been mistranslated AND was quoting another person, the Ayatollah Khomeini (similar to how the Pope got in trouble last year for quoting what someone else had once said about Muslims). I'm not saying he likes Israel or that he's a good guy, but he has not called for genocide. If he ever tried to do anything against Israel, Israel could destroy Iran in a New York minute-- Iran doesn't even have an Air Force!

2.) What good will this do? Of course the Security Council will do nothing, led by our buddies Russia and China. It will simply anger the Iranian president and his crazy followers even more. The world already hates us, we certainly don't need to give them one more reason.

As the 2nd American civil war approaches, it becomes clearer and clearer who the enemy is.

The fact that you favor paul is strike three for him, gloriabellow. The few things he has got right won't save him.

See look at that---there is bi-partisanship in congress, at least within the nut job caucus

Gloriabella.."The world already hates us"..
If that is so why should I give a little rouge rodents rectum what they think...and further, I value a Ron Paul supporters opinion about as much as I value Paris Hiltons...well, maybe I value Paris Hiltons a little more.

Gloriabella is absolutely right. Kucinich and Paul interpreted the statement correctly, not hysterically. They heard what he actually said, not what they wanted him to say. I've always been a Kucinich fan, but now I have even more respect for the guy. And Paul isn't bad either, for a Republican.

I think Ron Paul is an all the way right isolationist, like Pat Buchannon. These people have a point of view that should be heard, but Ron Paul's internet supporters have already attempted to stuff the straw poll ballot boxes with his name, a tad un-American of them.
As far as Dennis Kucinich goes, well even his family won't support his moonbat positions. One does wonder how he gets reelected.

Armani dinner jacket (whatever) calls for genocide against the 5.5 million Jews of Israel and it's only natural that Gloriabella's anti-semitic, so-called antiwar site would try to obsfucate the matter. The marquee talent of Gloriabella's site is a gay, anti-Semitic Libertarian named Dennis (Justin) Raimondo. Dennis Raimondo wrote an article in Pravda R U (I believe) that it would've been better if the U.S. lost the war against Japan. It is understandable that Dennis Raimondo's antiwar magazine would think it would be better if Israel lost in the Middle East. Afterall, in another article, Antiwar's Dennis Raimondo echoed France's ambassador to England in saying Israel was "that shitty little country threatening world peace."
It was one Peter Schwartz from "The Intellecutal Activist" that blew the lid off the degeneracy that is the Libertarian party and its special animus against Israel. Libertarian Ron (partying with the truthers) Paul is merely continuing the revolting tradition of the Libertarian whackos.
