Palestinian Child Abuse

La gente ha hablado, exactamente! Thanks to Senator Dole and (eventually) Senator Burr for their support of the American people and LEGAL immigrants! The American people could see this was intrinsically dishonest and rewarded people who disregard our laws.

I'm sorry to say this, but I have a feeling the hand will reach up out of the grave in another few weeks. This amnesty bullshit is definately a B-movie horror phenomena.

Pastorius (did I mention how cool your pseudonym is?), I think you are right on the money. These guys don't seem to be willing to take counsel from the unwashed masses. They will just dress this pig up again with a bit more lipstick, etc. and try to force it through piecemeal. That was much of what the WSJ Editorial board said would be the next step because the rhetoric (and attention) was too much. Dr.D, you are exactly right that we need to remember well who was on the wrong side of this issue. My junior Senator, Richard Burr, nearly sold us down the river. I remain thankful that he finally voted the right way, but it really shouldn't have taken him too much time to realize that his base was mad-as-hell that he was even considering this turd of a bill.
So, Senator Burr gets a call from me thanking him for voting the right way, but I won't be writing him a check any time soon.
