His presence[Simcox] invoked a strong response from some student protesters. The scene at Conrad Hall, a few minutes after Chris Simcox took the stage to talk about the problem of illegal immigration, was chaos. Dozens of protesters were in the audience, calling the minutemen a racist group and Simcox's speech a hate speech. University says it's all part of free speech and the group has a right to speak on campus on a topic that should be debated. News report here;

Chris Simcox, one of the founders of the Minutemen, spoke at Michigan State University and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the police to clear out protesters who didn't want him to be allowed to speak.
Ah yes . . . the tolerance of the modern liberal.
They called the Minutemen murderers. Who have they killed?
Racists? Legal immigrants and citizens of Hispanic origin are not being complained about.
This is merely an attempt by the left to prevent those who disagree with them from speaking. Fortunately it failed.
Here's something interesting.
Terry Denbow, MSU's vice president for university relations, was there for the ruckus. He called it "a learning moment about what an open forum, an open discussion, an open marketplace of ideas should be."
If we don't take out the liberal bias on college campuses, they are going to take us out. Bet on it.

This is what Simcox was talking about in San Francisco. MayorNewsom forbids employees from cooperating with Feds on immigration www.sfgate.com and he gave this speech at a church...where is the ACLU?
"Mayor Gavin Newsom vowed Sunday to maintain San Francisco as a sanctuary for immigrants and do everything he can to discourage federal authorities from conducting immigration raids. The mayor cannot stop federal authorities from making arrests, Newsom told about 300 mostly Latino members of St. Peter's Church and other religious groups supporting immigrants. But no San Francisco employee will help with immigration enforcement. "I will not allow any of my department heads or anyone associated with this city to cooperate in any way shape or form with these raids," Newsom declared. "We are a sanctuary city, make no mistake about it."
