President Bush denounced "irresponsible" Democrats on Tuesday for going on spring break without approving money for the Iraq war with no strings. He condemned House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's trip to Syria, too, accusing her of encouraging a terrorism sponsor.

C'mon! Three Republican reps were in Syria on Sunday, no outcry. Bush
chastising someone (ANYONE!) for taking a vacation?!?! Bushie has spent 405
days of his Presidency at Crawford, throw in time at Camp David and he's
been off the job over a year and a half. Demos have returned the
supplimental quicker than the last two during the 109th (well, it does have
that whole withdrawl thingy this time so I understand he's a tad miffed).
There's pork there too, no doubt about it, but much is targeted at Gulf
recovery and other military add ons than the previous supplimentals (bridges
and railroards to nowhere anyone?).
As to the scarf, isn't it polite if not respectful to honor the customs of a
house you are a guest in? As Laura Bush did when she visited al-Aqsa mosque in
Jerusalem?
It's been many years since I was at Temple for a
friends Bar Mitzvah but don't we gentiles wear a yarmukle as a measure of
respect or am I mis-remembering?

Pelosi is a traitor.
I'll never know, but if there was a way to find out, I'd wager serious cash that Pelosi was in there making soothing noises about how much better things will be for Syria when those Republicans are finally pried out of power, presumably in 2008.
And this while the Syrians are comfortably murdering our soldiers and our allies.
Deserves the hangman's noose.
But we've grown to sissified to drag the insane old two-faced witch out and deal with her appropriately.
