What Decades of Democrat Rule Wrought

106 people were killed in Newark last year - the highest number in a decade. So far, 2007 has seen a comparable murder rate.The dhimmicrats only care about those dying fro freedom in IRAQ!

Business leaders in the crime-ridden city of Newark, N.J., say these signs help fuel a negative image. But the teachers union (!) that paid for them says they're staying.

 

The six billboards in the downtown area were put up about two months ago. They scream, "HELP WANTED: Stop the Killings in Newark Now!" Joe Del Grosso, president of the Newark Teachers Union, wouldn't say how much the signs cost.

"I think we have a serious problem," said Del Grosso, whose union endorsed Booker's opponent and is at odds with Booker over school vouchers. "It's about people dying."

Rutgers University in Newark and Prudential Financial Inc. said they have not seen a downturn in recruiting because of the signs.

Spoken like a true leftarded academic. Perhaps its the murders that are hurting recruitment (not the signs.

Del Grasso said the signs will remain up indefinitely.

New Jersey Legislators have carefully crafted their State's laws to cater to criminals, thereby creating an ever larger and more draconian State Government.

Oh please, dont get me started with these damn unions. As a resident of McGreevyland, the unions are the reason why are leaving this state in droves. I cant wait to graduate from college so I can move the hell on out of here and right on down to Dixie. The Dems have this state in a chokehold.
