MARK STEYN ON ATLAS ON THE AIR- FEBRUARY 13TH 9pm
Make sure you read AMERICA ALONE before my interview with him. It is the most prescient, sagacious work on the state of the global jihad I read this year. Seriously.

I am also somewhat depressed by the attitude of our elected officials that do not seem to comprehend the threat to our very existence. I don't think the Defeatocrats will prevail if a strong Reaganlike conservative emerges. Newt would be my choice. I still believe that there are enough clear thinking Americans that will vote for self preservation over the appeasement message offered by Hillary, Obama and Edwards.

Great to see you vlogging again, Pamela!!!
As much as I don't want it to be, I fear your prediction for 2008 is correct. The MSM, the intellectuals, the know-it-all Hollywood leftards are all convinced (and are convincing those who look to them for info and context) that BushCo is the #1 threat facing America and the world, while the Islamists and their supporters are viewed as just so terribly misunderstood, and are being unnecessarily provoked by our supposed xenophobia.
As we celebrate Ayn's birthday, it strikes me that if she were alive, and observing what's happening today, she'd say, "And you thought MY characters and scenarios were unrealistic? Look around the real world. Even I would be struggling to make this shit up." (And in that Russian accent, it'd be doubly devastating).
Ronald Reagan came around when we really needed one. Let's just hope another one will come around - soon, who's also capable of doing spinal transplants for the current crop of non-leftards serving on Capitol Hill.
Keep up the great work, Pamela...

Pamela;
Great VLOG. BRAVO!!
The Democrats are about to jump the shark - trust me.

I so understand and share your depression. I feel like we live in parallel universes with half the US and most of the rest of the world in total denial about reality. Did they all drink or smoke something while I wasn't paying attention? The most obvious and simple truths are ignored while imaginary problems have everyone's attention. (Wow, the climate has changed?! No way, and it used to be so reliable...) Perhaps it's just a form of mass denial. Anyway, as long as there are still a few sane people such as you, the folks at National Review, Weekly Standard and the blogs and talk shows, I won't give up. I love your blog and your straight talking. And I love the music you pick. Keep it up and keep the faith! Let's all imagine a victory in Iraq and the Democrats with egg all over their faces (and in the case of Hillary Clinton--that would be a lot of faces).

It HAS been a tough week, so much bullshit, so many distractions... from the Jihad war we face.
It's like a basketball "no look" pass - because nobody sees the fucking shit we face...
To get refocused, I watched Steven Emerson's "Jihad in America" video - followed by Part One of "Path to 9/11" - then I was gonna hit the rack but decided to see if Atlas had anything new... and lo and behold - I HIT THE TRIFECTA! A kick ass Atlas VLOG Nobody says it like you do baby, and I DO MEAN nobody...
I'm hitting the tip jar..... better than therapy.

Great VLOG, as always! Going overseas for a long time. Won't be commenting anytime soon. I'll miss you, sweetie!
Check your email. Bye.

Pamela, as always, a kick ass vlog, even if it was a little 'dark' and pessimistic.
Man, you are all OVER the place :) So much so, I don't even know where to begin.
Let me just say this regarding global warming or er huh, sorry, climate change... I support the 'troops' I just don't support the 'mission'.
JonQuixote, how true, how true. Ayn must be looking down and laughing her ass off.
Joseph, you WILL be missed. Of all the commentators out here, I've ALWAYS respected and looked forward to your insightful and intelligent words.
Please take care of yourself and hopefully, you won't be overseas too long.
As I said, you will be missed. Take care.

Dear Pamela;
Hey well I'm a friendly stranger in a black sedan, won't you hop inside my car. I got pictures, got candy, I'm a loveable man, and I can take you to the nearest star.
I'm your vehicle baby. I'll take you anywhere you wanna go. I'm your vehicle woman. But I'm not sure you know, that I love ya; I need ya; I want ya; got to have you child.
Great God in heaven you know I love you.
Meanwhile, back in the jungle, those off their rocker Dems in congress are voting on a non-binding resolution to tell the Prez how much they hate his guts; er; I mean his Iraq/Iran policies. But it's NON-BINDING. So our Fearless Leader can still tell them to take a hike.
It's like these maroons, (a little Bugs Bunny lingo there ) get up every morning trying to think of more nonsense to waste time on.
Happy Saturday darlin'.
Sincerely;
EJO

Like raising the minimum wage. And raising people's taxes.

"Bush is a victim of his own success."
That comment is by far the funniest thing I have read all week.
Keep up the good work.

Wow, I am breathless... like watching a car wreck.

Pamela, it's your best vlog yet. Liked the bit when you said that Bush is the victim of his own success. And loved that bit about wars do not go well. Isn't it interesting, the elite liberals chased out feel good films from hollywood and I think people have started wanting a feel-good reality. Tell them that if they wanted to feel good, go watch an episode of Titanic or something.

I been feeling like Sarah Connor in Terminator 2 lately. She's locked up in the mental ward because she knows the war is coming and no one will believe her. They're just going about their business, wondering how much plastic surgury a single Speaker of the House can possibly have, or being aghast at racism on Big Brother, or looking at Britney's snatch. They don't realize they're dead already.
Yet they are the ones who think they know what is going on because of what the Karl Marxes in 1968 indoctrinated them with.
They are impervious to all logic and facts and worse they think we're the ones who are in ignorance.
It's amazing the cloud that fills the head of the typical Leftist that makes them all so automaton like.
Oh well, I take comfort in knowing that God has already let us know which side will be the winner in the very end, and its not the moon god.

We need not lose in 2008. If the ideological one issue Republicans such as Ann Coulter will stfu about abortion (which is here to stay) and get behind a tough man like Rudy Giuliani - all will be well. If we want to stay ideologically pure and nominate Newt Gingrich or Dick Cheney (good men) we will have ourselves to blame when Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Husein Obama take their oaths of office in January 2009.

Pam:
Let us also not forget how well the economy has been performing under Bush's watch. If President Hillary had this economy they would be carving her mug on Mt. Rushmore.

Enjoyed your vlog... first time viewer/visitor. You may be right about 2008, but there's some rustling in the leaves about a possible Giuliani/Lieberman ticket that might not be the ideal for conservatives but that would surely have a good chance of preventing us from facing a scary world with a surrender in chief at the helm.

Pamela, congrats on landing a one-on-one with Mark Steyn!!!
The prospect of you two having at it in an unfettered environment makes me wish there were a way to strap down all the blow-dry MSM nitwits and make them watch and listen.
Then, I'm reminded of that episode of "Seinfeld" where George so unsuccessfully tries to convince his girlfriend that "it shrinks."
The MSM would be sitting there saying, "But, but, but we didn't KNOW all this... we're just journalists..." and desperately trying to convince themselves that they've been doing their jobs properly all along.
Can't wait for the interview!!!

Wow. The stupidity of you sheeple is astounding. What 'success' of bush do you speak of? His success at speaking the english language? His success as a business man? Governor? So-called 'president'? The guy is/has always been, a TOTAL & COMPLETE FAILURE. He's always been bailed out by daddie's friends. And yes, Global Warming is real. And cheney is a 'good man' (in comments). WTF? That creature was spawned in the dark, lives in the dark. He's completely devoid of soul, light, beauty. He's like a cancerous, pus-filled cyst. And pammy, you should really get back on your meds. Have you read James Wolcot's review of your vlog? If not, you should. Go to vanityfair.com. And you should really do something about your look. You're obviously working some crazed drag queen/homeless meth freak look. It's really not pretty. You must scare the children. Think of the children!!

And why are republicans so damned humorless? And such pussies? The whole world is one big scary, threatening place to you guys. You see danger in the unknown. You prefer to live in gated communities, socialize only with others who look/think just like you, etc. etc. It really is a mental illness. You guys are freaks, you wouldn't last 5 minutes in a place like NYC or LA. Stay in your dreary little bubbles out there in the fly-over states.

This was a very good vlog until the end, when you, once again, started in on the 'send me money' routine! Have you no shame? Surely your husband hasn't left you distitute?
Posted by: Susan47 | Tuesday, February 06, 2007 at 01:02 AM
Well, well. Looks like the moonbats are barking tonight.
Chimpy, go into your corner and count to ten. And let the adults talk about politics from now on, m'kay?

I too wish Pam had a producer & researcher & additional staff.
They might work to try and save her from herself.
What's a 'cawnah of the globe' anyway?
Yawn.
Pam is much ado about nothing.

And pam is a skanky, incoherent mess.
