Islam Must be Stopped
EGYPT: Kidnappers Forcing Teenage Girl to Convert to IslamBrought to you by The Voice of Martyrs |
Lorans Wageah Emeel Lorans Wageah Emeel, a 15-year-old Christian girl, was kidnapped by Muslims in the Egyptian city of El Mahala Al Kobra, about 60 miles north of Cairo. It is reported that the abductors were trying to force Lorans, a student of Saida Nafesa High School in El Mahalla Al Kobra, to deny Christ and accept Islam. The kidnappers drugged and threatened to rape her if she refused Islam, before abducting her from a public bus, according to Compass Direct. The following night Lorans managed to escape from her abductors while they were taking a break from a Ramadan fast. The kidnapping of Christian teenage girls in Muslim nations has reached into the thousands. Many are forced through physical violence to convert to Islam. Other girls are often lured into becoming Muslims with promises of material wealth. The Voice of the Martyrs sponsors safe houses in Islamic countries to protect Christian teenage girls who have been threatened with or have escaped from abduction. These Christian refugees are also places where young women learn job skills and receive spiritual training. |

Maybe we need to fund something like a 21st century 'underground railroad' to get these and other threatened Christians to America and Australia.

Good idea turn, and I hope Christians can go where they will be free to be Christians without getting killed.
But that still leaves the problem.... I think it's cheaper to use our superior firepower to pound the radical Islamics into submission. Sooner of later, they must be discouraged from believing that Sharia must be everybody's law.

There is simply no room for any supremacist ideology - all the way back to it's roots.
Anywhere this belief system festers, the borders have had a bloody history. . .India/Pakistan/Bangledesh, the Balkans, etc.
The underground railroad idea provides only a short sighted remedy. A permanent solution does not appear ready on the horizon but I see promise with the recent repetative shows like "Obsession" on Fox, and Glenn Becks "Exposed" on CNN Headline. Exposure is a painful and necessary first step. The threat has been ominous for nearly 14 centuries. This threat has to be eliminated once and for all, preferably by our generation.

Sometimes, doing the right thing is not a majority decision.
During slavery in the USA the underground railroad proponents were a minority. So were the Episcopalians(sp), who, in the 19th century advocated and actively assisted in the return of the Jews to Israel.

Don't we all know here that the only long-term solution is all-out war?

you're right turn, we are currently fighting this war with Political Correctness. PC will cause us to lose and we have have to do the job another day.
Sooner or later, we will fight an all-out war. May as well do it now, while we're there. The Troops are ready, willing, and able. They know what's at stake, they see it first hand. Unleash them.
Armies win battles, Nations win Wars.

turn and RD: You're right, PC only enables stupid behavior.... and the Left is doing all it can to neuter the USA.
As for all out war, there's NO WAY we'd do it with the number of troops we have now... bring back the draft, no deferments for rich kids, or college kids, and NO PC in the boot camps!
In WWII the USA drafted men from 18 to 65.

Ah, ha! Fight a war, eh? Against who exactly? Radical Islam? We can't even figure out how to deport people that advocate death and destruction in a mosque in our own country. How do you think we are going to fight a "war" somewhere else? Given that, I thought we were already fighting a "war" against terrorism (and drugs for that matter). We will never fight a war because we lack the national will and cultural confidence.
