Well, THAT was quick Pam. "No longer available" was the message when I clicked on the video. Amazing. You were OBVIOUSLY politically incorrect and hurt Islamic idiots' feelings. Woe is them. Poor things. Crying over their ravenous dictator once he got the death penalty. They ought to take the bastard outside and hang him today, videotape it, and send the videos to every idiot in charge of every country in the Middle East, along with a note saying "your're next, asshole".

That was fun. The girls are cuties. And so is mama. d'oh! Sorry, couldn't help it... just ignore me. Heard earlier today that key Republicans (including Santorum) may not be as far behind in the polls as we think! Tuesday, I'm there.

I'm sure it will be great to experience Liberman's triumph over Moveon's (Soros) plant Ned Lamont. Time to have Soros moveout of the United States and back to the black rock he crawled out from.
Cheers are very much a part of Americana, so keep them coming!

Pammy, babe. It's not gonna happen for you, darlin'.
Saddam was about as dangerous to us as was the wicked witch of the west. The Little Atlases are on a par with the lollipop kids, I'll give you that, especially the one in the middle.
Posted by: lonbud | Monday, November 06, 2006 at 03:24 AM
Ionbud, Saddam's gonna be a lot less dangerous to us when he's hanging from six feet of rope. I'll see if I can get you front-row tickets.
Posted by: clyde | Monday, November 06, 2006 at 06:57 AM
lonbud - couple things, the main reason you feel empowered to crow early is because the MSM has been relentless in its negative coverage of the war and anything republican.
Unfortunately, the overwhelming negative stories has worked in the Dems favor. This has been THE TACTIC, THE STRATEGY, of the Dems, no real plan to "WIN", just pull out, bring our troops home. Which will be a disaster.
Liberals have failed to report the positive stories and successes we've had. Which is the TRUTH. We have blogs and talk radio, that's good, but we're still the "underdogs" as far as the audience we reach.
You have it easy, the main stream media is THE biggest conglomerate, powerful image-making tool in the world. And it's world wide, and you have the UN, the Arab media, and Academia, and on and on and on.
You have it all lonbud. There's really no excuse for why you can't win every election and why didn't you win in 2004. You have a world-wide effort to defeat us and indoc/brainwash the young and vulnerable.
Why don't you want Voter ID cards?
In spite of the overwhelming odds, we ARE holding our own.
You know why?
Because the TRUTH is very powerful. The POWER OF GOOD is very powerful.
We know we are a noble people a noble country, the best in the world, most generous and kind.
THAT'S WHAT WE HAVE! That's what we have. Truth.
Liberals rely on negative, misleading, indoctrination, twist, hide. Why are you against Voter ID cards?
Another problem we've had is our Republican leaders have not been very good at selling the big picture and the importance of being patient.
But we will get better at that.
If the Democrats do not gain control of both the house and senate, it will be a minor miracle considering all the pull and power of the media.
The glimmer of light we have, our hope is, that just like in 2004 - we pulled it out, (and that's the truth) by a big enough margin that even the post-election attempts to cheat in Ohio, we still won.
If the shoe was on the other foot and the media was showing the positive stories and was united in understanding what was at stake, the races wouldn't be close.
The Atlas crew understand the danger as do most republican families and we understand that "peace through strength" works.
lonbud, you believe "peace" is the answer. "Diplomacy" can be achieved.
When 9/11 happened, was your "never again" reaction to take your hands and cover your face and say, "Don't! Don't hit me again, we'll be good, we'll pull out of the Middle East - we won't support Israel anymore, please just don't bomb US anymore. Don't hit me!"
We on the other hand, threw up our hands in a fist and hit them in the nose and we will continue until they understand not to mess with us (just like the Japanese and Germans in WWII).
We see it as the fight of our lives, which is fortunate for you and every other liberal, because we are the only hope for the world to live in peace.
Your "peace" through diplomacy and isolationalism does nothing, nothing, nothing at all.

If the Democrats win a majority in Congress tomorrow, the results will be so catastrophically bad - sky-high taxes, a long-running impeachment of the President, precipitous abandonment of Iraq, "open borders", and quite possibly another attack on the US - that by 2008 the public will be sufficiently fed up with them to keep them out of high office for another twenty years. Voters might be dissatisfied with President Bush right now, but in another few years they'll be furious with the Democrats. This "victory" of theirs (assuming that it happens at all) will mark the beginning of the end of the Democratic Party.

Lonbud, Saddam was not a threat? What about Kerry's, Clinton's, and others' comments to the tune of "anyone who doubts that the world is safer without Saddam Hussein does not have the judgment to be President" (Kerry)?
Saddam, as I have enumerated before:
1) Invaded the sovereign nation of Kuwait
2) Paid families of Palestinian homicide bombers $25K to kill Israelis (tell the Israelis Saddam wasn't still a threat)
3) Funded and support Abu Saef (al Qaeda branch) in the Philippines
4) Harbored and trained al Qaeda in Iraq predating our invasion
5) Killed at least 4 times as many civilians as have died in Darfur
6) Disobeyed 17 UN resolutions to disclose WMD programs (we've found and declassified many of those weapons, and others were flown into Syria as the admission of an Iraqi Air Force General)
7) USED those chemical weapons against Iran in war and against his own civilian Kurdish population
8) Fired on our planes in the No-Fly Zone for 10+ years since the first Gulf War
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+... = You're an f'n idiot Lonbud!!! Ha ha, you lose the argument AGAIN!

You are giving Saddam way too much rent-free space in your own skulls.
Let his victims' families draw lots to see who gets to shoot him ... put this rabid dog down, and walk away.

Richard, there is nothing that I can add to what you said! EXCELLENT!
Posted by: Karen | Monday, November 06, 2006 at 11:19 AM
Ok, Richard, I'll bite. This is the Age of the Internets, and everyone knows the MSM doesn't have a monopoly on information.
So, what are the positive stories about Iraq? What are the positive stories about Afghanistan? What are the positive stories about the current administration's strategy for victory in the face of North Korea's and Iran's nuclear ambitions?
Point me to these positive stories so I can rip myself from the depressing thrall the MSM has me under. Point me to the positive stories than can disabuse me of the notion (incessantly reinforced by America-hating, liberal, MSM propaganda) that Republicans and self-identifying conservatives are led by corrupt, homophobic hypocrites who would sell their own mothers to the highest bidder and use the proceeds to huff crystal meth and lure young boys back to the rectory?
Help me, man, I want to believe you.
Posted by: lonbud | Monday, November 06, 2006 at 12:27 PM
lonbud - I'm home for lunch and I have time to give you a quick reply before I return to headquarters and continue calling republican voters.
First of all, don't act like the same number of people that read conservative blogs (or any blogs) are anywhere near the number of Americans who get their news and information from ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, AP, NY Times and the other newspapers.
You are smarter than that. It's a ridiculous comparison and it tells me that you are not being serious.
You know there is good news to report from Iraq, but you hope it continues to be under-reported or ignored by the MSM.
How about the purple fingers and smiling faces of over 20 million Iraqis who had at least 2 free elections since our brave troops liberated them.
How about we've provided training for over 300,000 Iraqis so that one day (eventually, but not soon enough for impatient liberals) be able to maintain security and ensure law and order, find and stop the suicide bombers.
You liberals want the world to believe the entire country of Iraq, a land mass the size of California is in total chaos and violence when in fact the outbreaks of violence are narrowed to only a few places (I don't have time to name them right now but it is just a small percentage of the cities of Iraq).
How about the schools, hospitals we've help rebuild?
lonbud - you take the easy way out, it's easy to see the clouds in a war. War is hell, but the troops that ARE THERE, believe in what they are doing and don't want YOU or John Kerry or anybody to bring them home just to get votes.
And believe it or not, no one, and I DO MEAN no one, wants peace more than a soldier.
lonbud - answer these 2 questions for me.
1. Why don't YOU want Voter ID cards?
2. What party are YOU registered with? Are you registered other than Democrat? I think you might be registered with the communist party. They ARE here, and they are allowed to be here as an organized party and I've met some and they sound just like you. Very far left. Seriously, if you aren't registered "communist", you are definitely next in line.
Now I must go back to the phones. I feel good, win or lose because I have faith, I believe in God, and I pray for my country and our troops. I am proud to be working so hard to get others like me elected.
Enjoy gloating about the few grains of sand in an entire religious world (the beach) that are no good. Liberals get a lot of mileage out of a few grains of dirty laundry.
Again, I hope my own daughter joins the service someday. I feel better about her shipmates and comrades in arms, they will watch her back and do all they can to make sure she is okay. It's the communist based, far-left liberals like you who truly endanger her life.
I think I'm right about your party of registration.

The hypocritical homophobes in the Democratic Party seem to be slamming (pardon the pun) Foley and not remembering Studds, who actually HAD sexual relations, WITH minors, and was given 3 standing ovations and a subsequent leadership position in Congress! LMFAO. Can you remember Monica Lewinsky?
As for positive stories about Iraq and Afghanistan, when was the last time YOU personally spoke with someone who served there? Positive stories abound, and I hear them on a daily basis. All the proof I need that you can't counter.
My friend, Yama, for one is from Afghanistan, went to West Point, and served in the Army for 8 years. He's now finishing medical school, and he and his family have been back to help the people of Afghanistan in a civilian capacity. He can't rave enough about his support for what the Bush Administration has done. I can provide you his e-mail, but I'm sure you don't want to hear anything contrary to your brainwashing, which continues to run on a permanent press cycle indefinitely.
As for Evangelist scandals, they may vote conservative or Republican, but they're not running for office, and they don't reflect on the Administration. Game, set, match...again! Glad you don't play tennis.
I can hear you saying it now..."This one time, at tennis camp, I stuck a tennis racket up my..."
The problem with Iran began with Carter's Vagisil deficiency in 1979, an incident supported directly by Achmadinejad at the time. North Korea's nuke technology is thanks to Clinton's whitewater reactors and Albright's not-so-bening neglect in trusting Kim Jong-Mentally-Ill. You're beyond help.

lonbud, if you want to find positive news on iraq go to: www.mnf-iraq.com and look under press releases. For afganistan go to: http://www.cfc-a.centcom.mil/ . You will also find bad news on these websites as well.
I made it a point to illustrate positive news from Iraq in my little blog here in this post:
http://i-infidel.blogspot.com/2006/10/status-iraq.html
Truthfully, I believe you don't care for the truth and are only motivated enough to take another bong hit for Democrats.

Richard: I'm surprised. You think I talk like a communist? Care to cite an example or two of things I've said here that seem to come out of the communist playbook? As it turns out, I am a registered Democrat because here in California, in primary elections, one can only vote in the election of the party to which one is registered. In practice, I am an independent and vote for the person who I believe is most qualified for the position and who will be the best public servant, regardless of their party affiliation.
DocDoc: That's what I mean by myopia!
Gary Studds was censured in 1983 by the House of Representatives for his affair with a minor 10 years previous. He was then re-elected by the voters of his district 5 times!! Let's see if the people of Foley's district send him back to D.C. anytime soon. What does Monica Lewinski have to do with anything?
Your friend Yama is not a proxy for America's efforts in Afghanistan. You're such a well-trained scientist, you should know the peer-reviewed weight given to anecdotal evidence.
In addition, about two weeks ago, I spoke with a guy who works on the ramp for a major U.S. airline, who's now back in Iraq for his (forced) 3rd tour as an Army Reservist. He told me the situation over there is FUBAR and there is growing dissent among the troops about our presence there.
Everybody has their own reality, boss, and everyone's is just as real to them as yours is to you.
Your buddy Ted Haggard may not have run for any office, but as a close pal of your president, as a person entitled to a weekly conference call with the White House, he and his actions do in fact reflect on the administration.
Finally, the problem with Iran began when the CIA overthrew democratically elected Prime Minister Mohammad Mossadegh in 1953. It's funny how we only recognize democratically elected leaders who do what we want, isn't it?
JDI: Thanks for the links. I'll get back to you when I've had a chance to read...
Posted by: lonbud | Monday, November 06, 2006 at 05:10 PM
I'm talking about Carter being a pussy in 1979, the limiting reagent in this reaction.
My friend Yama is but one example from an actual Afghan who's been there and who's family lives there and served in the military. I know you don't people who actually have a perspective on the issue whereas you are distant from it.
Psychos have their own reality, but they're not equally justified. If your opinions and actions infringe on others, as Islamofascist do to the US and Israel, and as Islam itself does to it's own women...not an equally valid point of view, reality or not.
THAT'S what we mean by Communist!
What do YOU mean by MYOPIA? No evidence.
Studds was reelected because it was partisan politics and was made out as the victim...popular Dem tactic. Not only was Foley censured, but condemned by his own party and he resigned. Certainly not elevated to some level of importance and he won't win. Immoral voters reelecting a pedophile Studds. Those voters were wrong, as would any voter who votes Foley back in. Difference between us and OUR parties is that Republicans/conservatives appreciate that Foley was wrong and he's done.
As are you. Stick a fork in yourself.
