Breaking news on Fox, Congressman John Murtha has sent a letter to the Democrats in the House that if they regain control of the House in November, he intends on running for House Majority Leader.

Dick Patten, president of AFBI points out: "[Yesterday's] vote against cloture was a vote not for a compromise, but for bringing back the 55% death tax after 2010. This was a vote by Democratic Senators to RAISE the death tax," he emphasizes.
Dan Clifton of Americans for Tax Reform agrees: "It is one thing to vote 'no' on the legislation -- but it's a totally different ball game when you vote to ensure that the Senate cannot even consider legislation these Senators promised to their constituents in the past."
