Top Photo: Jesse Jackson, Cindy Sheehan, Al Sharpton, Susan Sarandon marching in support of terror yesterday, NYC May you spend eternity living under Shariah law (better cover up those swingin' mammaries Susie). Uh, did she borrow Yasser's kafir?
Bottom photo: Denzel Washington visited Brooke Army Medical Center and made a substantial donation to the Fisher House FoundationThis is where soldiers who have been evacuated from Germany come to be hospitalized in the United States, especially burn victims. The Fisher House is a Hotel where soldiers' families can stay, for little or no charge, while their soldier is staying in the Hospital. BAMC has quite a few of these houses on base, but as you can imagine, they are almost filled most of the time.
UPDATE: Original details of when Denzel wrote the check was off, but the story is right-on here.(hat tip razOr)
UPDATE: Also cracking the list is Wayne Gould, the man responsible for the craze of Su Doku, the numbers game that The New York Post introduced to America.

Kofi Annan

TIME Magazine is so full of sh_t that it's even useless for wiping your @$$ with. Not only is it a very left wing biased magazine, it gets a LOT of stuff WRONG.
I remember when it was (pseudo-)reporting on the Millenium of Christianity in the Slavic lands.... I'd see a pic and it would say "...a bishop/priest/deacon/monk is doing a (fill in the blank)..." and each caption of EACH photo was invariably WRONG!!! What ignorance!!!
I remember trying to have discussions with journalism students when I was in college... it was useless trying to reason with them.
What a mess. TIME is the tip of the iceberg.

Back in the 70's, when Menachem Begin was elected Israel's Prime Minister, Time explained to their readers how to pronounce the new PM's name by stating "Begin (rhymes with 'Fagin')."
The next week someone sent in a letter to the editor, advising the magazine's readers that 'Time' rhymes with 'grime', 'crime' and 'slime'.
I have intentionally refused to subscribe to Time since then.

The story is partly hoax Pamela. Denzel did visit a Fisher House, but didn't whip out a checkbook and pay for one. What he did do was contribute a sizable donation some time later after having toured a Fisher House. More at snopes.com

Excellent observation. It's important to write more of this type of post. Now that there's internet - there will be no more "brain wash" taking priority. Amazing that they could list such clowns and ignore REAL citizens of their own country! Love this post! Hoax?!? [a bit like WMD that really didn't make a difference or concentrations camps didn't hold Americans {why bother} - the world never has fallen completely in line blow by blow] - at least Denzel (doesn't have to be any where our heroes are) - Denzel at least showed up!

Here's a thought...maybe bloggers just aren't that influential. Radical, I understand, but try to prick the expanding balloon of your own ego for a bit, will you?

Stop buying this treasonous rag .
ya know, treason is a capital crime. if you know treason is being committed but choose to simply distance yourself from the offender by witholding financial support, instead of alerting the proper authorities in a timely manner, you are shirking your duty as an American. and, it could be argued that your silence allows this crime to continue.
the best thing you can do is tell your local law enforcement officer that you think a terrible crime is being committed and let he or she handle it. or, if you're too lazy to use the phone, you can use the FBI's on-line tips page.
remember, patriots, you have a responsibility to report these crimes. don't let complaceny or fear of ridicule deter you from carrying-out this solemn duty.

I love your blog, Pamela, but really, is it news that Time Magazine has an agenda? That agenda is almost always anti-Republican, usually anti-U.S., ALWAYS anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian, and very pro-European (after all, they're SO much more CIVILIZED than we are..........). Time also fawns over the U.N.

Mr. Carney-
Time magazine's glossy paperstock makes it a poor choice for wiping ones ass.
