Dhimmi EU Hurts War on Islamic Terror
The elite ruling class of the European Union once again shows great stupidity here...... a limitless resource which shows no sign of abating;
The European Court of Justice has annulled an EU-US agreement requiring airlines to transfer passenger data to the US authorities.
The court said the decision to hand over the data, including addresses and credit card details, lacked an "appropriate legal basis".The US says the information helps identify potential terrorists.

My tighties are not in a bunch and yours shouldn't be, either. This is a 'language of law' issue and nothing more.
E.U. law and courts are very hard to understand by U.S. perspective. The countries of the E.U. still have some degree of independance from the whole of the union.
From what garnered today, this will be revisited, shortly.
And we're not totally dependant on 'them' for our intelligence re who is coming in.
