Evil Leading the Evil, Iran North Korea
Tehran fast-tracking bomb with North Korea purchase?
While the U.S. and E.U. nations are scrambling to convince Iran to abandon its program of uranium enrichment and debating bringing the Islamic Republic before the U.N. Security Council, Tehran may be in the process of directly purchasing the plutonium it needs to make a bomb from North Korea, intelligence sources say.
which is probably why
North Korea Warns of Nuclear War
North Korea warned of nuclear war Saturday and vowed to strengthen its deterrent forces as it demanded that Washington show evidence backing its allegation that the communist regime is counterfeiting U.S. money.
Axis of Evil, Indeed. Korea taking lessons from Iran, no surprise here. Bill Schieffer in the LLL (left lunatic liberal) CBS interview with Bush this morning was coaxing Bush to deal with Hamas. Bush's comeback was rich, he said "I'm talking to them right now" reiterating his firm stand on Hamas unless they renounce the destruction of Israel. Bush Schieffer transcript here
SCHIEFFER: Let me just ask you this question. You say you can't deal with them, but would it be beneficial to try to talk to them, to talk to them about moderating their stance, or is there just simply nothing to talk about?
PRESIDENT BUSH: Well--well, in essence I am talking to them now.
SCHIEFFER: Okay.
PRESIDENT BUSH: I'm confident they're listening to what you've asked me and what I'm answering.
SCHIEFFER: Um-hmm.
PRESIDENT BUSH: And that is for them to, you know, have support from the United States and the United States Congress, and from this administration they must renounce their policies, stated policy that they want to destroy Israel.
Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious. It needs all sincere efforts.
It is a step that inevitably should be followed by other steps.
Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it" (The Martyr, Imam Hassan al-Banna, of blessed memory).
Mark Steyn weighs in with this pearl;
So I'd like to believe this was a vote for getting rid of corruption rather than getting rid of Jews. But that's hard to square with some of the newly elected legislators. For example, Mariam Farahat, a mother of three, was elected in Gaza. She used to be a mother of six but three of her sons self-detonated on suicide missions against Israel. She's a household name to Palestinians, known as Um Nidal -- Mother of the Struggle -- and, at the rate she's getting through her kids, the Struggle's all she'll be Mother of. She's famous for a Hamas recruitment video in which she shows her 17-year-old son how to kill Israelis and then tells him not to come back. It's the Hamas version of 42nd Street: You're going out there a youngster but you've got to come back in small pieces.
Iran is the biggest state sponsor of the victorious Palestinian party Hamas, alarming those who see the country extending its tentacles that support terror.Iran also tightens grip
Meanwhile, the world fawns over Bill Clinton at Davos ....ha! Pathetic considering it was his administration that handed North Korea its nukes.
DAVOS, Switzerland here — Angelina Jolie, Michael Douglas, Bill Gates, John Kerry and John McCain all took the spotlight during this year's annual VIP gabfest of the world's rich and powerful. But nobody could match the star power of former U.S. president Bill Clinton.
dry heaving yet?
Five years after leaving the White House, he captivated a standing-room crowd with the Clinton view of the world's problems — with climate change, the divisions within and between nations, and religious and cultural differences topping the list.
wow, he still doesn't get it. Climate change? oy
But the former president couldn't stay away, and his last-minute appearance attracted a host of VIPs including Douglas, Gates, McCain, who was first on his feet with a standing ovation, Nobel Peace laureate Elie Weisel, and Richard Branson, the founder and CEO of The Virgin Group Ltd.
Many skipped lunch to attend Clinton's more than one-hour discussion with the forum's founded, Klaus Schwab.
lemmings
"It's as inspiring as always, it's brilliant," Branson said. Sheikh Fawzi El Zafzaf, president of the Permanent Committee for Dialogue among Monotheistic Religions at Alazhar Al-Sharif in Egypt, said he admired Clinton "very much." "The world needs this message because he calls for all people to work together for a better humanity, regardless of their differences," he said.
kumbaya, kumbaya
Former Australian foreign minister Gareth Evans, who now heads the International Crisis Group, a think tank, said "he's got the greatest convening power of anyone now in the world, I think, and the greatest capacity to articulate things that matter."
Lucifer has great convening power too.
"He lights up the room," said Kendall Powell, executive vice-president and chief operating officer of General Mills Inc., the Minneapolis, Minn.-based food and beverage company.
like a Christmas tree
"He's a very clear thinker," Powell said. "He's very forthright about what he thinks the problems are ... that divide us around the world. But then in the end, wrapping up, he's a tremendously optimistic and visionary guy

I got the heaves! You know McCain, what is he doing schmoozing with these 'liberal' capitalists?! And there is Sheikh Zafzaf taqiyyaing the capitalists. Permanent committee on 'dialogue.' Puhleez. Let me get this straight, the West is SUBSIDIZING this man who truly knows the evil of Islam unlike no other to come to the Swiss alps and lie to them and manipulate the dhimmis on the Permanent Committee.
What a farcical world we live in.
