One Man's Grim Milestone is Reality's Miracle. 2,000 Warriors Freeing the Oppressed and Fighting the Enemy in Iraq
And while the PRAVDA aka the mainstream media speaks of the grim milestone in Iraq;
BBC: Another death, another grim milestone for US forces in Iraq.
First it was 100, then 1,000, now 2,000 killed in action for a goal still elusive two-and-a-half years after the invasion.
Whether a landmark or - as the Pentagon says - “an artificial mark on the wall”, the latest casualty count is a reminder of the hard road still ahead in Iraq - and at home. (hat tip: LGF)
yes the 2,000 men and women who died fighting for America, fighting for freedom, fighting Radical Islamofascism, fighting to bring democracy to to those living under the boot of despots, all the effing media talks about is the grim milestone.............meanwhile click here for the real story:
Forgive the poor repro but being out of the country leaves me tech limited. But go to the site and educate yourself. READ IT ALL! See what's really happening in Iraq. It's a miracle and the group-think-Pravda-inspired-MSM is never gonna tell you. NEVER.
You can not stand idly by and think it is all going to work out. Fight to save our freedoms, our way of life.
Did you know WMDs have been found in Iraq?
- 1.77 metric tons of enriched uranium
- 1,500 gallons of chemical weapons agents
- 17 chemical warheads containing cyclosarin (a nerve agent five times more deadly than sarin gas)
-
Over 1,000 radioactive materials in powdered form meant for dispersal over populated areas
-
Roadside bombs loaded with mustard and "conventional" sarin gas, assembled in binary chemical projectiles for maximum potency
This is only a PARTIAL LIST of the horrific weapons verified to have been recovered in Iraq to date. Yet, Americans overwhelmingly believe U.S. and coalition forces found NO weapons of mass destruction.
The question is... WHY do they believe this lie?

Thank you Miss Pamela. Great reading.

"Reality's Miracle"
That's beautiful.

Hehe, a pustule?
So let's outline the latest two in a long series of reasons why we are in Iraq:
1. We are bringing freedom and democracy to the poor oppressed people of Iraq
2. Iraq is the frontline in the war on terror. We have invited all terrorists to come to Iraq for a cage match. Better to fight them there than here. In other words:
Better dead Iraqi babies than American babies
Let's not forget that American military deaths are less than 1% of the deaths recordedd since we "liberated" Iraq. The rest are citizens...maybe we should have asked the Iraqi people before we turned their country into a slaughterhouse.
Is it any wonder than 98% of Iraqis want the U.S. to go? Some democracy we're setting up there.
Oh, and none of those things on the list are considered WMD. Even Bush & Cheney admitted they hadn't found any in Iraq...talk about shrill.

Monkyboy, 98% of Iraqis want us to go--EVENTUALLY (no timeline specified).
So? It's our plan to leave.
What a maroon.

Well, Tom, 65% of the Iraqis surveyed also supported the attacks being carried out against our troops. I'd say that means they'd prefer us to leave now, not "eventually."
But, seeing as Iraq is now a democracy, why not have a referendum on whether we should withdraw our troops or not? It's only an extra line on this December's ballot.

Great post and site.
Keep up the good work... We need all the help we can get...

monkyboy-
A seemingly innocuous little line on December's ballot? It only looks like that compared to the grand line of your previous MSM abuses. As in all bad experiments you start out with biases cloaked as news and create the data to support them. It's like having a crystal ball and a poll all wrapped up into one.

Monkyboy, were you trying to spell the word monkey?
Speaking of idiots being led astray, I wonder if the MSM is having a Misleading Headlines Contest.

Fighting for "freedom" et cetera? Pardon me while I puke...
No, silly, they died for the obvious reason people like you so diligently avoid seeing: control of Iraq's immense oil resources as the world's 2nd-largest oil producer. What kind of mental gymnastics does it take to NOT see the obvious reason that was always so very thinly veiled by morons spouting garbage about spreading "peace and freedom" with cluster bombs and bringing "democracy" to the Middle East? Come on now, if Iraq's main export was avocados would there be 140,000 U.S. troops in the country?

monkey breath, you are truly amazing in your contradictions. You wrote "Iraq is the frontline in the war on terror. We have invited all terrorists to come to Iraq for a cage match. Better to fight them there than here. In other words: Better dead Iraqi babies than American babies"
In fact you are saying that you prefer that the war against terror be fought on our land where our citizens would die. Of course, this goes against all conventional military strategy that says that you take the war to the enemy. But than again like all narrow minded leftists, you think that president Bush is the real enemy. Boy, are you pathetic!!

Cyclosarin not a WMD? Really?
Pamela, you gotta post a link that works and gives the details (and preferably not from CNS... but I know it's tough).
This could help me with my "charity work" over at Drudge Retort.

Pamela, I was challenged by someone to source every item you listed. I did that:

You might want to capture the links and maybe even put them into this post for future reference.
Cheers,
